Grievance Redressal
Any customer who has a grievance/complaint with respect to the services offered by Recur Club may reach out to their respective growth partner, whose details are shared with you upon your onboarding to the platform. Your growth partner will endeavour to resolve the issue within 14 days.
In case of delayed or unsatisfactory response, please feel to reach Recur Club's grievance redressal officer at grievances@recur.club.
